In the sprawling, chaotic city of Ankh-Morpork, the Night Watch is a defunct organization consisting of three misfits: the disillusioned, alcoholic Captain Sam Vimes, the pedantic Sergeant Colon, and the eager but dim Corporal Nobbs.
